DoTerra Review: Can You Build a Business With Essential Oils?
^^Share if you like this DoTerra Review!
Either way, there is a good chance that this company is NOT right for you! However, at the end of this DoTerra review, I’ll show you what you can do to almost guarantee success with them by following a simple two step process.
DoTerra is a very new direct-selling essential oils company. They opened their doors in 2008, and they’ve since expanded globally into several foreign countries.
I will say that I personally prefer newer companies over long-established ones because they’ve yet to hit their growth curve. If you’ve joined forces with a new MLM and then ride the growth curve, odds are you’ll have a very large residual income for a very long time!
DoTerra Review: Experienced Management Team
The President of Doterra is David Stirling. He recently chaired the management team for an essential oils company and was able to double revenue in just over 3 years.
Emily Wright is the Vice President of Leadership Development. She served on the executive board for another direct selling essential oils company for over 10 years.
I bring up these two members of the large management team, because it’s clear that they understand how to promote and sell essential oils. They know very well who their target market is, and how to find and market to them as well.
DoTerra Review: Essential Products
Obviously, I’ve already mentioned a few times that their product is essential oils. Basically, these are oils that are formed from completely all-natural sources, such as bark, stems, flowers, seeds, and roots.
They can be used for aromatherapy, taken in supplement form, or even applied to the skin.
The market for these types of products is definitely growing, as seen by the success of other direct selling essential oils companies.
DoTerra Review: New Age Compensation Plan
In my opinion, the newer companies seem to have more lucrative compensation plans. They offer great long-term residual income (like every other MLM), but they also offer not only great up-front bonuses, but bonuses for helping those on your team achieve higher ranks within the company.
Of course, you receive a very good commission on any products you’re able to sell, but the real success lies not only in recruiting new reps, but also in helping them to recruit as well.
As you can see, DoTerra has a very solid foundation. They have in-demand products, a very experienced management team in this specific niche, and of course a lucrative compensation plan. However, that is not enough to ensure that a representative will have success, and in fact the vast majority will never make any money.
However, I said that at the end of this DoTerra review I would show you how it is possible to almost guarantee your success.
First, you must join a team that will help you get where you want. Your upline must be committed to you and to helping you enroll new people. They have to have had success themselves.
Secondly, you must be able to recruit on a consistent basis. You must be able to generate 10-30 leads on a regular basis in order to bring people into the company on a consistent basis.
Many DoTerra reps use marketing systems to help them not only generate leads, but bring in several other sources of income. To see the largest generic attraction marketing system on the internet, >>Click Here<<
